Discovery locked my account

So I recieved funds in april, and two months later my account is blocked due toe the funds i recieved. they asked for documents and i sent them and its been over 3 weeks and i have had not heard anything from the investigator or the department itself. all my debit orders and housing payments have not been paid. I have not been able to cater for my family because of this. I called today and they said they would call and they didnt. this is horrible. Now what must i do cause my water and lights will be switched off because of you guys.
