Absolutely terrible experience with discovery bank

Tried applying for a loan and sent my details through and eveything and No1 contacted me to let me know if I have been approved or not

A month down the line discovery debits me for a loan that I had no idea I was approved for Contacted Discovery to find out whats happening and they tell me I was approved for the loan and the money is sitting in their made up account for me.. Took their guys just under a month to contact me regarding a dispute that was sent to their managers and still no feedback on the dispute

Transferred all their money back to them and still have issues with them regarding closer of that loan..

WILL NOT RECOMMEND DISCOVERY BANK TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE
