Discovery keeps disappointing

Mother in law ****med. Discovery told her they see her as the perpetrator. I have provided Discovery with my contact details. Am happy to give them all her details. They keep on refusing. I have checked. Nothing ******* about them contacting her and doing a verification. They have refused. And continue refusing. Only advise being to go through the call centre where she was treated like garbage in the first place. ZERO effort made for the customer.
