Discovery is worse than Absa!
I made a rather large Forex payment from my Discovery account. This payment unfortunately bounced and when the amount returned it was substantially less than what was in the original transaction. This was mid May. It is now more than two months and there's no conclusion. I have made 11 calls to Discovery bank (because they won't call you back) to put pressure on them but this hasn't worked.
Here are the reference numbers for my calls:

When this money gets. paid to me I want it paid to me with the interest it would have earned if it had been in my account for the amount of time it's taken Discovery to sort this problem out.
I will be contacting the head of Discovery through a family friend so he can see how pathetic the service provided by his employees is.
