Discovery is useless and full of SH*t

Simple question I asked to be done over 2 months ago is to change my details they have on record for my vitality app and banking app. Everyone is useless and they put the phone down on you and nothing gets done

I have waited 2 months for my details to be changed because I used to be a member of discovery bank and vitality a few years ago but cancelled and now that I signed up again I don’t have access to my old email address or number. All I have asked is for the details to be updated so I can access the app to receive my points and discounts. Everyone at discovery seems to be useless and unwilling to help they put the phone down on you or just say the details have been updated meanwhile it hasn’t. I’m beyond fed up with fighting with them and I’m considering cancelling my vitality because of this
