Discovery is ignoring my email

Discovery bank is useless

Same old... same old... like last year!

I have contacted Discovery bank numerous times via email and phone calls to request urgent documentation from them.

I get confirmation of receipt emails from hem, but never any follow up.

It seems as if Discovery bank just does not care about their image or reputation amongst the less affluent members of the community. As long as you are a wealthy client they will jump to help, but other people just does not matter to them.
