Discovery is a *****!!!!!

Today I bought R500 electricity from my discovery bank I'm so angry as they took R200 stating that it's for the service provider and gave me R300 electricity I then went and bought from Capitec R300 again only to find out that my units are more from Capitec then it is from discovery I have bought from Capitec every month never have I sit with a R200 charge this is so damaging to what we already go through that a bank can do this to it's clients is like daylight ******* I am so disappointed in all of this really how can such a big company rob people like this.
