Discovery ******* account move

FNB (Discovery credit card) without any prior warning or my consent has just transferred my credit card account to Discovery Bank. They will attempt to withdraw the outstanding overdraft on the account from my Nedbank account on the 28th. So they have without my consent or prior contact with me, transferred my account to another bank and withdrawing funds from my other account with another bank to balance the new Discovery account all within 3 days, done over a weekend. If you want to get sued, this is how you do it.

Seems like they actually withdraw money from my Nedbank account which will bounce. Will be filing a complaint against them shortly.

Have messaged FNB since their "discoverybankonline" contact page has been stripped and Discovery Bank has no online contact system. Will phone FNB, Discovery to lodge a complaint and will phone Nedbank to log a ***** case once all opening at their operating times.

Note : Discovery Bank withdraw from my Nedbank account directly with no prior interaction in the past, or the fact my "Discovery Bank" was created 3 days ago. Can only assume FNB who managed the credit card either sold or gave my Nedbank details to "Discovery Bank". Will post an update here when new information is found out.

Over several days and a dozen phone calls, they reversed the withdraw from my Nedbank account, of course not giving any updates or feedback. The money just landed back into the Nedbank account. Unfortunately I lost a few thousand rand in debit order bounces and transfer/bank fees on it but I will be ****ed to spend any more time trying to recover the lost money. *The above private reply is the generic cut/past.
