Discovery Home Loans! Very unhappy!

I am very very disappointed in Discoverys' Home Loan department. Last year we bought our home with the intention to fix it up as Discovery is offering additional funding or further lending up to the market value of the Property. I numerously asked about the product before we made the decision to go with Discovery Bank and I also got email confirmation about the product from them stating that I will be able ta access the funds after registration. They regeistered my bond at a Higher amount for this(also taking ages and breaking contract) and after the bond has been registered they just said sorry, they dont offer the product to customers yet. I phoned numerous times to confirm when this product will be up and running and every time they have new excuses about why they cannot offer this to their clients. Seriously considering moving to another bank as Discovery is a **** show lying about everything they offer. They are also lying on their website about this saying that we can phone a consultant to do the application. When I saw this I immediatly phoned them again for this product... and gues what... again some problems. I am starting to wonder whether the slightly lower interest rate is worth it!!
