Discovery have not cancelled my credit account

I first contacted Discovery on the 4 February to cancel my credit card, I spoke to a helpful lady by the name of Candy which said the account would be closed shortly and that I would be contacted by a representative to cancel the account! The reference for that call is ***. I got contacted twice however both times I was unable to take the call and to phone me an hour later. This did not happen. I then contacted the call centre again to cancel the card, I was sent an email which I needed to fill out a form which I did! The account has still not been cancelled which I find unacceptable.
