DISCOVERY HAS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

Discovery bank has failed to close my credit card account despite repeated requests and calls to them for more than 3 months now and are still debiting bank charges from my account despite numerous attempts to close this account. This is pathetic from so called big company, I thought they would raise the bar in the banking industry.

Do not open a Discovery Bank account if you’re not prepared to be trapped in there and get bul**** on a daily basis. I regret doing so and I would not want anyone to be in my situation. When you call their Call Centre, it takes them 15 minutes before they could answer and when they do, they are ***********. PATHETIC!!!!!
