Discovery get a BRANCH

Discovery Bank has no branches and this makes getting banking documents difficult. I contacted the bank in beginning December to assist me with completing a form, I mailed it to the necessary department and up to today I have not received that form back. This has now caused a delay in the claim and the funds I am suppose to receive. I need another document signed now and this is scaring me since the delay in their electronic way of doing things are delaying client business. Highly disappointed.
