Discovery forex

My company have deposited Dollars into my forex account with discovery bank . On the 31-05-2022 2weeks not reflecting yet. When i fone then they are investigating but no feedback. Costing me a lot of money for international calls.

The MT103 no is on both documents

The MT199 refers us to the MT103 for adjustments however no MT103 is provided. 

The MT103 is a seperate document with a list of transaction details. 

Kindly send us this document and we will have this investigated.
