Discovery: FICA

I cannot believe Discovery FICA not accepting my ID, I have the old green book and yes it does look old but it is certainly me. I take this as an insult and certainly not one of those ********s, it is me.... I feel humiliated considering; check your records have been asked for my ID since December backwards and forth probably say about 30x, wow, I am speechless???????
