Discovery - False advertising, Bad client services, Broken Apps

I called Discovery bank since the online app was not working - after holding on and forced to listen to their marketing messages - the first agent said she will call me back but never did. I called back 2nd agent - inconsistent information to what is on their website = was told i could get a better rate if the investment amount was higher - but she would have to call another division to get the rate and call me back - how archaic. She never called back more then 5 days later! Their was no email address on their website to follow up hence ... Discovery please don;t false advertise, get proper call center agents , fix your apps which never work
