Discovery doesn't care about their clients

Honestly I joined this bank thinking I'll get an extremely good service , discovery is not reputable anymore and is now like a court , my account is on hold with no police case submitted, I have not yet received any call from any investigator , 72hrs has since went by , resulted to twitter only for my messages to be ignored, was assigned to Sipho as my investigator , sent emails at ***** discovery.com with no response, my client who banks with FNB her card got flagged , now my account is affected , I've sent affidavits , all the proof to get my card working with no help , I am honestly done with this bank and I cannot bank with them anymore , you guys can keep your rewards and so forth I'm super done , you don't care about your clients as of lately , you employ people who don't know their work and who hang up on clients , I'm very much saddened , my case number is *** , can this matter be sorted ASAP
