Discovery do not protect your information

I reported ***** to Discovery bank 2 months ago as money was sent to another bank on the basis on paying my debt.

The person who ****med me has information only my bank could have known. This is definitely a breach of information security.

The other bank have since contacted me several times to state that they are awaiting a response from Discovery but Discovery keep sending me an automated email to state that they are waiting for Capitec.

This is truly ridiculous as this bank did not protect my personal information and R5000 was taken from me.

A police case was opened but they still don't care. Their negligence has no doubt cost me R5000.

South African's! don't use this bank!
