The guy that did my credit card and banking facility application is rude and very unprofessional. I asked the Bank for a credit card with an R40 000 limit and they said no sighting that there was not enough disposable income. If this is the case please tell me why my credit card limit with FNB is R400 000 . I would not suggest that anybody ever uses them . I was planning to move all my things including medical aid to discovery but will not touch them after this . You also need to think of who is applying for credit especially a CA(SA) . Your sales people will cost you many valuable customers in the future . I am very disappointed . To add to this my spouse is a white male who earns almost half of this and was approved for R30 000

If our check advises us that your current credit or liabilities exceed a certain limit compared to your income. We would then need to either,r decrease the limit to ensure you can this obligation as well as any other obligations, or decline your application.
This is in line with the NCA (National Credit Act), to ensure responsible lending.
