DISCOVERY DISCRIMINATES AGAINST CLIENTS. NOT ALL RECEIVING THE SAME BENEFITS ON CARDS.
*** *** I HAVE SHIFTED ALL MY POLICIES TO DISCOVERY. AS REQUESTED I WANT A DISCOVERY CARD WHICH I CAN GET MAXIMUM BENEFITS AS OTHER DISCOVERY POLICY HOLDERS AS I DON'T NEED CREDIT. THEY HAVE DECLINED MY REQUEST AND KNOW I WILL MISS OUT ON ALL THE BENEFITS. AS I AM PAYING R 12 000-00 P/M ONLY ON POLICIES WITHOUT MEDICAL AID. DISCOVERY IS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THERE CLIENTS AND WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING. THE CONSULTANT WHICH HELPED ME CHRISTOPHER IS CLEARLY *********** AND HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL ANALYSIS. I CAN'T BELIEVE DISCOVERY APPOINTS SUCH INDIVIDUALS.

Whenever you apply for credit from Discovery Bank we run an ITC check as part of the application process. TransUnion provides the Bank with a copy of your latest credit record, which contains your personal information in this case we do not discriminate or approve based on policies you have with Discovery.

07 Oct 2021, 19:14Yes there is ************** on a person with a credit card(xtra benefits) normal savings card with no benefits. Discovery also does not allow pre-paid credit cards. I think you should follow up on the process with the consultant which handled my query. I can clearly see you are not aware of what is going and also another employee which does not know how there different products work.
