Discovery disappoints again
Ongoing ***** case, and after promising me a letter from the bank to forward to a merchant to refund me (they say 24-48hrs) and a week later still no letter. Yesterday I was on hold for 40min and they assured me it was being escalated (again) and I'd have a call back by 5pm. Of course, that didnt happen. I'm now on hold for 29min and counting to speak to a manager as no one at Discovery can tell me why they arent doing their job ?! 5 days to get feedback from a formal complaint and 8 working days to close an account ? Well then lets get the ball rolling because I am fed up now. What do I pay bank fees for ? Shame on you Discovery !!!!

22 Apr 2026, 13:52You sent the incorrect information on the email letter because clearly you didnt read the request. So where does that leave me now ? You cut me off twice this afternoon and put my through to 5 different departments. I'm on hold now again for the 4th time.
