DISCOVERY Disappointments
Discovery upper my credit from R8,500 to R14,000 without my authorisation. I dont think this is ethical or even legal. I logged a complaint via telephone call with regard to this matter last week. Discovery promise to resolve this issue but nothing has come of it. If the matter is not resolved I will forward this to the Ombudsman for a resolution. After the major disappointment with VITALITY I am seriously things of moving my 3 products from Discovery. I have been with Discovery for 14 years.
