Discovery disappointing service

I can't access my money in account, ATM print out says"Access to this account is restricted call your nearest bank. I called Discovery, spent 17 minutes on the call. Call Center agent, told me he will increase the limit and I'll be able to withdraw. Tried withdrawing the same I received printout. What if my salary was deposited there?
