The only Department at Discovery that works is Marketing & Sales. Once you become a client, do not expect any efficient service. No telephone numbers work, you mostly deal with answering machines, and once a human being answers the phone, most of the time they cannot assist you and put you through to someone else. They change their systems and clients need to figure out how to manage these changes without any assistance.
