Discovery credit is withholding my funds

I purchased an item on Bash. They cancelled the transaction and refunded the money into my Discovery Credit card. I got a notification from the bank that the money had been refunded but for two days the money does not reflect in the account. The bank cannot provide me an explanation as to why this is. Very frustrating and very poor service.
