Discovery Credit Card underwritten by FNB

`I submitted Credit Card Cancellation forms duly completed on the 19th November and received a mail to say that my credit card credit balance would be refunded within 5 working days. Well it is now the 19th December and multiple emails later still no reply or refund!!!! This is disgusting service and to say the least the worst Credit Card Experience EVER! You suck, both Discovery and FNB who under writes the Credit Card......most expensive in the Industry. Stay Clear!!!!!!!!
