Discovery Credit Card - Provides the worst service by far

I have had the worst experience with this discovery. I made a deposit on the ATM and after 5 days my money has not reached my account. I have called the call center and i can say it was just a waste of time and airtime, they keep transferring me to another extension which i was kept waiting for 2 hours. can someone who know why they wake up in the morning and claim to be going to work assist me.
