Discovery credit card - licenced to *****!!!
More than owed amount settled on card without any outstanding transaction, but they are drag feet to close the account. Why must it be such a mission to close an account or is Discovery credit card division so desperate for the monthly card fee??? Safe yourself major hassles and NEVER get a Discovery Credit Card!!!!

As discussed, once you settle your account again and sign the account closure form, we will then be able to close your Discovery Card account immediately.

Unfortunately I am still awaiting the Discovery letter stating that the account was fully settled and closed.
As I've communicated with you this is a requirement to rectify the ITC records
