Discovery Credit Card client service sucks.

Discovery your client service is unacceptable. You are more than willing to give someone a credit card and take a client's money. I have been a loyal client for 7 years, making a payment on time every month. But when someone wants to close an account which has been settled. No one is able to help. I spoke to 4 different consultants and a manager, Vivian, which promised to settle this matter. No phone call for three weeks. You are wasting my time and my money.
