Discovery Credit Card

I am honestly at my wits end. I app**** to close my Discovery Credit Card months ago and asked for my credit balance to be refunded. I duly completed all the necessary documents and all I have received thus far are 6 automated reference numbers to show for it, yet no reply and no confirmation of closure or refund!!! Discovery Card, underwritten by FNB is the worst company to deal with ever!!!
