Discovery Credit Card Payment Arrangement

Discovery Credit Card - I have fallen behind with payments and i wanted to make a payment arrangement. Your call centre sent my call from one person to another and no one can assist. Eventually it will end up to legal and then it will not be so awesome. Can someone from your collections department please assist in this matter?

Still battling with this as no one wants to assist.
