discovery compromise your pin

I received my new discovery card and my pin was blocked. I phoned discovery to reset my pin I was informed that a consultant will call me within 12 and 24 hours and read out my pin to me. I was taken aback as i am aware that Iwas the only one to know my pin.i believe discovery is compromising the security not only for me but many other discovery card holders in my situation. I informed the lady about security andcyber crime .other discovery card holders beware .Iam thinking about closing this card.
