DISCOVERY CLIVE INVESTIGATOR THE BIGGEST *****

Today i would like to share my experience i had with my bank , which wil no longer be my bank , on Wednesday 31 May i was ****** at the ATM by 4 guys , There after i opened a case at SAPS Cas 205/5/2023 , Discovery bank ***** ref ***0 , CLIVE the investigator for discovery phoned me on 07/06/2023 and advised me my claim has been rejected ? They withdrew my whole salary in 3 transactions , he had not even investigated anything he did not check the ATM footage or even did any effort to investigate after asking him what happens in situations like this where they clearly do not check for evidence , he advised he takes the clients word they were ****** without even thoroughly investigating my case SAPS has footage and he is not even lus to obtain it from them , he victimized me and even made racial comments about me before even knowing completely what happened to me he had just been working on my case for 3 hours after i questioned him after the 1st phone call about rejecting my case he then phoned again and said the police are not answering their phones and the police station closed down , he was very arrogant and had no respect he put no effort into this and immediatly rejected my claim before he even knew what really happened , i wil be approaching a ombudsman today to further investigate my claim , I am a single mother and this is the treatment i received back from my bank this is unacceptable , This is the worst thing anyone could ask to go through
