Discovery Card you @ssholes!
My biggest mistake ever! A debit order of R230 was due for the 22nd of Dec. Instead Discovery ran it early on the 15th, upon investigating I also found an ICE fee being charged?? I flagged this to Discovery and still no answer. I requested them to cancel the card and settled the account on the 19th. Still no answer!! Again, they ran the same debit order again today?? ***?
