Discovery Card Vitality benefit discontinued

We use our Discovery card to book for holidays to ge the extra 15% discount. This time the discount has not been refunded and had to phone Discovery Card to find out why not.

The call centre said that an SMS had been sent that this was discontinued in August. We looked and no SMS or email on the subject was received. This is a huge issue and to be communicated behind the scenes is exceptionally poor!

To make matters worse we have now booked a holiday expecting 15% back on room.
