Discovery Card Risky and bad service

I identified an amount that went through my Discovery Credit Card that I could not recognize. Neither Discover Card Department or First National Bank could assist me to identify where this amount was transferred to. I have recordings of all telephone call that kept me on the phone for more that a hour to both there banks.
