Discovery Card R15 000 Limit

I have app**** for an increase of my current limit to R15 000 from R10 000 in order to qualify for the Apple Watch Benefit which will assist in my Discovery Vitality as well as my personal health goals as this is one of the reasons I joined Discovery instead of Momentum... Etc.

After a lengthy application process they asked for 3 months statements from my bank in order to assess my monthly income which I sent them as proof of income, I also have property which I rent out which is also additional income which I doubt they have even considered in application.

I know I qualify for this R5000 increase and yet there is delay after delay and response time by email is even more than 3 working days.

If Discovery card will not allow me to increase a R5000 limit even though I know I qualify for much more in order to obtain apple watch what else will they hold back on?

What is the point of even having the Discovery Card if this is one of the reasons I got the card in the first place. I am now reached a point of whereby I am very close to cancelling my Discovery card.
