Discovery card pathetic service
Pathetic service. Asked for more than a month now that my account be closed and cancelled... Has not been done. Shaquille helped but did not help. I do not know why it is such a hassle to close an account which is in credit. Have sent several mails with no success. Pathetic, poor service.

We have handed your account off to FNB to refund your credit balance as quickly as possible.
Once the credit has been refunded we will close your account.
