Discovery Card : Pathetic service

Customer service at Discovery Credit Card has to be the worst. I settled my credit card and closed the account in 2010. To my surprise in 2019 the credit card is still active and there’s a legal issue. I’ve sent countless emails and called their legal department without any success. I receive the same feedback over & over. How disgusting from such a big company
