Discovery card not working at WW and PNP

Discovery Card - I have been using my credit card for years without an issue. In the last 3-4 weeks, my card has stopped working at WW and PNP. It works everywhere else including random stores and fuel stations. WW can't help, PnP can't help. The Discovery Card call centre, after 3 calls to them can't help. They have suggested replacing the card, but why as the card, including chip and pin, works elsewhere.<br> <br> A Discovery call centre agent that I spoke to on 26 Aug (from a WW store phone) mentioned that she'd give me feedback on Thursday ... still waiting on 31 Aug. <br> <br> 1. No feedback 5 days later<br> 2. Inconvenienced<br> 3. Lost out on approx R2-3k worth of healthy living miles benefits ? Will they adjust my loss?<br> 4. Doesn't seem to be a fix<br> <br> <br>
