DISCOVERY CARD NOT UPDATING THEIR ITC REPORTS

I had a credit card with discovery that has been settled in full, I have closure letters and confirmation that the account has been updated with the 4 major credit bureaus, still to date my credit report has not yet been updated at Experian - try to phone them , they just pass you on from one person to another not able to assist.
