Discovery Card - No help to close account

Trying to close my Discovery Card, have phoned numerous times, firstly waiting for ages, then select the option to call back between 6 and 9pm, no response. Then get phone calls asking if I want to move to Discovery Bank? Please ref no is ***. No email options to them either.
