Discovery Card (No delivery)

Been two weeks since I got a mail saying I'll be notified in three days for my Discovery Card delivery, when I contact them they say I should just wait, they had a technical issue. This is not getting resolved.

They are quick to get your info, but super bad when it comes to delivery.
