DISCOVERY CARD No card - 3 months now

<p>Discoevry Card were meant to send me my new card a few months ago. A courrier arrives but wants FICA documents. I do not have such documents as I do not have accounts with my residential address on them, as I have very few accounts, other than bank ones. So the messenger takes my card away. About a month later I contacted them but they decided they cannot help me, even though I have an account with them. So in a twisted way I can spend thousands on this card every month but now I cannot use it because of some piece of paper that states any old residential address. What a farce! Can't anyone else see the irony and illogic behind this. Ultimately they lose out as I am not using their card, but things have got so turned around nowdays it is like they are doing me a favourby letting me have a Discovery Card. Someone needs to wake up! Typical disservice provider</p>
