Discovery Card - miles - UNRESOLVABLE ISSUE!!!!!

I am unable to convert my 12126 discovery miles to Dischem points - or anything else for that matter. I have called at least 8 times - been cut off 4 times - no call backs - go through whole story again each time - had an unresolved email communication with Dalumuzi Ndlovu (ref # WRefNo#***), I am a my wits end. All I want to do is do the conversion, then cancel my discovery credit card and vitality as I am now retired and need to cut costs.
