DISCOVERY CARD LEGAL DEPARTMENT IS NON EXISTENT!!!

I cancelled my discovery credit card last year, and it still accumulated card charges, which led to the account being handed over to DISCOVERY CARD LEGAL DEPARTMENT. This account have been listed as a default on my itc, I want to settle it , but to no avail. I tried to contact DISCOVERY CARD LEGAL DEPT for over 6months and no one picks up the line, ***. I have left numerous messages and no one returns the call, I had sent a thousand emails and no one returns my email. DOES THIS DEPT EXIST!!!!
