Discovery Card is USELESS

Discovery card is beyond useless and pathetic. I've sent payslips for an limit increase and was informed via email it would take a few days. It's been weeks now and even though you follow up on email, and if you are lucky someone eventually answers at that useless call centre then you are told someone will call u back but that never happens either and to make it worse nowhere on the stupid website can you send a complaint or ask for assistance. By comparison Woolworths offered a credit card and it was approved without an hassle. Discovery should be ashamed that they advertise a bank when they cant even manage credit cards!!!!
