Discovery card is nonsense

After so many attempts of trying to close my discovery card i still get messages that i must pay a minimum fee of R100. When i call discovey no one is willing to assist me.

1. First attempt was in October when i payed off the credit card and called discovery which i was transferred to fnb fo close the account. They did and i received a message from them that my account was closed.

2. Second attempt, i kept on receiving messages again that i must pay a minimum amount, i was advised to fill in account closure forms in January which i also did and did not get a response from discovery.

3. Third attempt, i called discovery and was asked to fill in the forms again and was transferred to fnb after a lengthy email i sent. And was send a quotation for account closure. I payed the amount and emailed back the proof of payment to *** as required. But nothing has been done yet.

4. Attemp i called discovery and the consultant just put me on hold for 30min without explaining to me why the account has not been closed 6 months later.

This is my last request for this account to be closed. If i get blacklisted everyone and all the emails send to you should be known that this is the kind of banks that wants to destroy an honest living black child. I never missed any payments while i was still with discovery and yet leaving discovery is like commiting a crime.
