Discovery Card ignoring my mails

It’s now been 2 weeks after I send my first query to Discovery Cards and I haven’t received any reply or communication from them even after following up with another email. Their autoresponder claims that someone will get in touch with me within 48 hours, it’s now been 336 hours. And my query is to get a new card and mine has now expired due to their lack of service. I want to keep using their services but looks like they don’t want me as a client.
