Discovery Card - Horrible Customer Service

Please DO NOT bank with discovery. Not only do they charge ******* fees, but customer representatives and even senior managers say they will call back and they never do. I have had to follow up call at least ten times now. Every time "we will call you back with a solution" - and then they never do. Horrible customer service. Definitely not money safely invested with Discovery. Take care.
