Discovery Card ***** - No Sense of Urgency

I initially discovered that I had been a victim of potential ***** around 8am on Saturday 08 October 2016, when I awoke two transaction smse's on my phone, to the tune of R7233.

I then phoned through to your ***** hotline and spoke with a gentleman who took down my details (I regrettably did not get his name) and he did not send me through any documentation.

I then had to phone through a second time and was helped by Mathabo Maseko who sent me the dispute claim form, as well as the procedure to follow.

I faxed all my relevant documentation to ********** . The fax went through at 11:20 and came from a reputable fax line, that of a Postnet (for which I spent R40 just to send the fax alone).

I phoned through today (Monday 10 October 2016) to be told that there is no record of my dispute. Discovery Card themselves say that any suspected ***** needs to be dealt with, within a 7 day working period. In two days (going on to three now), I am none the wiser as to where my information has got to and when it will be resolved.

Please contact me urgently.
